Appearance
Black fur, blue tipped paws, feet and tail. Two large blue up-arrow scale plates on shoulder and thigh, mini small scales around them. Two thick blue spikes on each arm, one huge spike coming out the outside wrists near the paw, the other coming directly out the elbows. Two more blue spikes on each side of his face behind the eyes, over and below, as well as a blue fur marking directly below the eyes, and finally he has blue spikes going down his spine that stop at the start of his tail. Near the nose, he has black scales that are small and look like arrow tips that are swept back. Top heavy. Long, thick, prehensile, and fluffy tail that connects directly to his front, giving Wolfen a wide crotch. His paws are huge, the three fingers and thumbs on each paw have sharp thick claws. Has a dewclaw and a carpal pad.
Dragon Install:
During dragon install, all the black fur turns into white energy and all blue fur crackle with electric, he gains more blue spikes made out of electricity that are next to the spikes on his wrists and elbows, and electric blue spikes going down his tail to the tip, starting from where his real spikes end on his spine. His real spikes that are blue glow slightly. His face becomes more draconic in this form as his muzzle contorts into a Dragons one.

- Wolfen's sheath is covered in darker fur that's darker than the rest of his fur.

- His balls are fluffy and bigger than even the biggest Lupines, and have a blue line of fur in the middle up to the start of the sheath.

Abilities
As Wolfen is a descendant of a lightning Dragons, Wolfen's birthright is command over lightning, but not over much else. It's power stems from his potential. Wolfen can enhance all his attacks by using more Mana
Wolfen also has a much smaller control over water, more for trapping and/or setting up hard hitting attacks. Due to his dragon side, transferring his mana to anything but lightning is hard, really hard for him and took all his life up to now and tremendous effort, aid, and relics to get Wolfen to this level of skill with water control.
When he's particularly focused, his lightning attacks will take on the form of a dragon or have a dragon accompany the attack, which enhances the strength and speed of the attack. This also causes his blue fur to glow for a brief time; blue glowing fur also acts as a visualization to show that any attack will be enhanced during this time. However, he can make all his lightning-based attacks do this by transforming into his dragon install. During dragon install, his speed and power are massively increased, and limits are lifted for 20 minutes, which can be extended by absorbing electricity that is not his. He can fire his Arc Cannon without delay. When the time is up, he faints and returns to normal. If awoken during his fainting period, he won't be able to produce lightning and will be sluggish. This won't happen if he ends dragon install early into the transformation, or you can speed up his depleted state by “trickle charging” him with a steady "low" voltage.
Somehow, Wolfen's lightning works perfectly well underwater and in space. You can't cause his lightning to go off course through traditional means (lightning rod).
Defense wise. Since Wolfen is part Dragons, his fur allows him to naturally deflect weak Mana attacks or blows, while his scales can absorb and block damage from spells and attacks.
His claws are like swords, if they were given a rating they would be Wonder class - the highest rating a weapon can achieve. If Wolfen is using closed fist attacks, that means he's not aiming to kill.

- By infusing his target with a positive charge. Wolfen is able to attack the target with tremendous speed, attacking as fast as the speed of a lightning's return stroke or even faster when amplifying this technique.
- Arc Cannon:
- After a moment of charging electricity through his body. Wolfen expels it in the form of a beam from his paw to eradicate targets
- Static Sense:
- Wolfen is able to pick up on slight changes in a predetermined area; he subconsciously creates a thin fence of charged air molecules. When something passes through this area, he is alerted. Depending on the situation, he can pour more energy into strengthening its effects, saturating large areas with a charged field, making it to the point he can utilize it almost as if it were a precognitive ability.
- Thunder Infuse:
- Wolfen can infuse himself, parts of himself (his claws), or objects with his lightning
- Thunderous Explosion:
- Wolfen explodes with a lightning shockwave, this also can blind and deafen.
- Passive effect - Creeping harvest:
- Every time Wolfen slashes, hits, or touches something or someone, including his abilities. He can infuse the target with a charge. When a target is charged, Wolfen’s abilities can be influenced to another degree, or even some abilities need a charged target to work. A charged target position is always known to Wolfen; even if the target can clone itself, the true one is revealed to Wolfen. Charged targets take much more damage from Wolfen and have a harder time landing attacks against Wolfen, since you're know by him he can "feel" what you do and you move slower against him. While a target is charged, Wolfen can decide the polarity of the target for extra lightning shenanigans.

- Wolfen makes orbs of water, they can stay in place or move around. As they sit they gain power by drawing in ambient water from the air and Mana, While the core of this attack is held together by Mana, Wolfen can decide the parts of what makes up the orb, it defaults to 50/50 water and Mana. Wolfen can also decide its starting power. When they make contact they explode with the damage correlating for how long they existed up until that point. If Wolfen strikes an orb with a thunderbolt, it will instantly explode dealing much more damage.
- Flowing Wolf:
- Summons a wolf made from water that seeks and attacks targets, attacks than leave the attacker restrained as the wolf can morph into chains or attack as a liquid weight to constrain movement.
- Sudden Mist:
- Can make the area misty making it hard to see.
- Echo:
- Wolfen can leave water particles of past lightning attacks to repeat the same exact lightning attack, instantly.
- Passive effect - Saturated Exposure:
- Wolfen's water causes targets to take more damage from lightning as its primary effect, secondary effects depend on the lightning type attack being used.
- Lightning Lash: Enhances slashing.
- Arc Cannon: on impact, creates a lightning explosion.
- Thunderous Explosion: on cast, targets find themselves gravitated toward Wolfen.
- Wolfen's water causes targets to take more damage from lightning as its primary effect, secondary effects depend on the lightning type attack being used.
- Execute Attack - Flash Boil:
- If the power difference between Wolfen and his opponent is large, without Mana, or anyway to stop a magical attack. Wolfen can boil or cool the blood in their body, killing them instantly.

Personality
Wolfen is normally quiet, even with friends, he tends to talk in as few words as possible. However, a good friend knows what he might be thinking due to subtle twitches of his tail he may do.
If someone were to flirt with Wolfen, he may not know, or not know what to say and just say thank you. Friends can fluster him rather easy. Especially if they use certain pet names.
Wolfen foregoes clothes. His fur covers him pretty well. Does not care if he sees someone else naked.
Wolfen despises evil and evil people. Will not make a deal with people or things, even if his life depended on it, he will try to find another way.
Likes to meditate near water.
Wolfen likes playing with electrified objects.
Wolfen likes to be competitive, but sometimes can't bring out his best against friends in certain situations.
Wolfen, as of now, travels the world, facing off against hordes of enemies, world threats, and even his own self.
Words hurt him even if he doesn't show it. Especially when he tries his best. He hates hurting his friends in any way. Might be a people pleaser.
He does not underestimate enemies due to the nature of his chosen duty of being Slenstrum and will try to get rid of them right away.
Backstory
Before even the moment Wolfen could walk, it had been decided that he would begin his training as Slenstrum. Raised in a traveling clan, made mostly up of Lupines, their sole purpose was to raise a Slenstrum, the clan has mixes of Dawn Hunters and Dusk Stalkers that swear to pass down every bit of knowledge to the upcoming Slenstrum. Prospective Slentrums are taught combat and little else, within the clan there are other roles to facilitate the upbringing of a Slenstrum, like food and care. Nevertheless, kids other than the Slenstrum could be expected to have a far less strict life than the Slenstrum and enjoy their childhood.
A Slenstrum could not.
Slenstrums are trained every waking hour and don't interact much with their peers, unless it's related to their training. Due to Wolfen's Hybrid nature, he could not grasp the first step of Mana control which led his trainers to up the training on his physicals. Which included scent, strength, endurance, speed, sight, hearing, stealth, and hunting training. At a certain age, his Dragons side would fully awaken, letting him gain the ability to finally use his lightning. Being part Dragons, Wolfen had strong urges to prove his dominance, becoming increasingly violent until he badly hurt a clan member. Distraught, he distanced himself, the memories from his past behavior of each offense raging forth every waking hour to torment him. Eventually, Wolfen would rein in these thoughts through tremendous effort alone, because who could possibly understand him? During his final Slenstrum rite, Wolfen was tasked to slay an Abhorrent Horror. Upon passing the rite, worthy of the title, the clan would throw a great feast and, in line with clan tradition, send the Slenstrum off into the world to slay evil to never return to the clan as it's the greatest honor.
Wolfen to this day travels the globe alone. Ready to bring down the evil forces of this world.
