Sin is really good at telling peoples intentions from their body tells and if they are lying

Sin attacks revolves around judging his opponents, Judgement.
To judge someone he needs to build evidence throughout a battle which accumulates into a final verdict.
The severity of the verdict directly ties into what level of judgement he can pass onto you that is beyond a reasonable doubt and in good faith. Sin can not just cheat someone's verdict pass what they actually are, that is something the corrupt do.

Sin collects evidence of the past with his elucidating eye, his intuition, and how the enemies fight.
As The Final Judge, Sin has access to the Courtroom of Eternity case files, a record of every crime ever recorded in any official capacity which he can draw a copy from anywhere using Mana to pull the relevant file he needs to his head or to his hand if need be. These case files are highly organized.

Elucidating Eye:
Every attack has an echo, an identity even. If Sin focus his attack on a specific move his opponent does, he can feel this motion being used in the past as if he was doing. For example, he can feel his hand going through some ones back, or the resistance of slashing a body with a sword.
This has a double effect of letting him potentially mimic attacks.
Elucidating Eye gets stronger on each verdict level starting from Guilty - 4th degree.
This eye does have drawbacks.

To Sin, this is simply just another tool to determine guiltiness.

Verdicts:

Retrial:
A verdict can be retrialed at any verdict level. During a retrial, his eyes glow bright.
During a retrial, if Sin collects enough evidence to raise the verdict level, his Elucidating Eye gains strength faster, each power spike requiring one less verdict level to achieve. If a retrial turns into a 1st degree, Elucidating Eye becomes Vengeful Eye.

Retrials are often not from Sin's inability, but they can happen on accounts of others failing to deliver the appropriate verdict. The Final Judge while mortal, is expected to deliver the correct verdict the first time, as such members of the city may revoke the title.

Outside of his Judgement skills, he is proficient in all of the weapon types his judgement skills grant him. He wields a scythe called Lawbringer in case he ends up in a fight against something that can't necessary be judged like a mindless beast or during the time he is collecting evidence. Nothing but the best for the The Final Judge, the Lawbringer is a Mythical class weapon.
