Abilities
Sin is really good at telling peoples intentions from their body tells and if they are lying
Sin attacks revolves around judging his opponents, Judgement.
To judge someone he needs to build evidence throughout a battle which accumulates into a final verdict.
The severity of the verdict directly ties into what level of judgement he can pass onto you that is beyond a reasonable doubt and in good faith. Sin can not just cheat someone's verdict pass what they actually are, that is something the corrupt do.
Sin collects evidence of the past with his elucidating eye, his intuition, and how the enemies fight.
As The Final Judge, Sin has access to the Courtroom of Eternity case files, a record of every crime ever recorded in any official capacity which he can draw a copy from anywhere using Mana to pull the relevant file he needs to his head or to his hand if need be. These case files are highly organized.
Elucidating Eye:
Every attack has an echo, an identity even. If Sin focus his attack on a specific move his opponent does, he can feel this motion being used in the past as if he was doing. For example, he can feel his hand going through some ones back, or the resistance of slashing a body with a sword.
This has a double effect of letting him potentially mimic attacks.
Elucidating Eye gets stronger on each verdict level starting from Guilty - 4th degree.
This eye does have drawbacks.
- Mana intense.
- Can not get a clear verdict on its own from the start.
- Especially violent or heinous motions can stun him
To Sin, this is simply just another tool to determine guiltiness.
Verdicts:
- Verdicts
- Innocent verdict:
- In a innocent verdict, he cannot pass any type of judgement upon the opponent IF this person was declared innocent in Sin's city BY The Final Judge. IF declared innocent outside the city Sin CAN use retrial.
- Not guilty verdict:
- In a not guilty verdict, while he still wouldn't be able to pass a judgement, with this verdict he can commence a Retrial. If this retrial is worse than a not guilty verdict, each level above not guilty lets him do exponential more damage per level starting from 4x power.
- Guilty - 4th degree:
- Guilty in the 4th degree are for petty crimes like stealing food to live, small time drugs, etc.
- Judgement abilities
- Judgement abilities:
- non lethal direction, these abilities would be designed to ensnare.
- Judgement abilities:
- Elucidating Eye:
- Sin can hear distorted voices of the move in question in the past
- Guilty - 3rd degree:
- Judgement abilities:
- these are non lethal but will hurt
- Elucidating Eye:
- Sin can now "remember" a distorted memory of it move taking place
- Judgement abilities:
- Guilty - 2nd degree:
- Judgement abilities
- Can kill.
- Elucidating Eye:
- Sin hear the voices more clearly to the distorted memory
- Judgement abilities
- Guilty - 1st degree:
- For unlawful multiple murder, genocide, subjugation. This is the worst of the worst.
- judgement abilities
- Execute Attack - Final judgement:
- Instantly kills target with a beam of light from the heavens - can only be casted under certain conditions
- Requires the Final Hammer.
- The target has to be of this realm.
- Instantly kills target with a beam of light from the heavens - can only be casted under certain conditions
- Judgement weapon - Final Hammer.
- Final Hammer is a weapon made from pure Mana, it's color is transparent white.
- 5 feet in length to Sin.
- The head of the hammer has two circular faces on each side.
- This is a wonder class weapon.
- If this comes from a Retrial, allows Sin to cast Final Judgement.
- Only Sin can wield this weapon, for others the weapon can't be gripped. The guilty person can't grab it and it will burn them.
- Elucidating Eye:
- Sin can see everything that took place in the memory
- Execute Attack - Final judgement:
- judgement abilities
- For unlawful multiple murder, genocide, subjugation. This is the worst of the worst.
- Innocent verdict:
Retrial:
A verdict can be retrialed at any verdict level. During a retrial, his eyes glow bright.
During a retrial, if Sin collects enough evidence to raise the verdict level, his Elucidating Eye gains strength faster, each power spike requiring one less verdict level to achieve. If a retrial turns into a 1st degree, Elucidating Eye becomes Vengeful Eye.
- Vengeful Eye
- Stops the guilty from being able to use Mana under its sight.
- Burns away at the soul
Retrials are often not from Sin's inability, but they can happen on accounts of others failing to deliver the appropriate verdict. The Final Judge while mortal, is expected to deliver the correct verdict the first time, as such members of the city may revoke the title.
Outside of his Judgement skills, he is proficient in all of the weapon types his judgement skills grant him. He wields a scythe called Lawbringer in case he ends up in a fight against something that can't necessary be judged like a mindless beast or during the time he is collecting evidence. Nothing but the best for the The Final Judge, the Lawbringer is a Mythical class weapon.
